B&B Hotels

B&B Hotels operates over 150 hotels in Germany and Austria. In order to be able to recruit new employees for the hotel locations, a central point of contact is needed for hotel managers and applicants.

Together with the B&B Hotels team, we developed a new job matching platform for the hotel managers. They now use it as a new channel for recruiting. After conceptualizing the platform, we developed wireframes, a screen design and ultimately the platform itself.

The requirement for the platform was that the hotel managers should be able to post and manage jobs independently. For this project, we used the Wordpress CMS and a specially developed theme. The filterable list of job offers was created in the frontend with React.js.
